  • Does using klipMedical make me eligible for government money?

    YES! klipMedical is working to ensure that all users are eligible for the $44,000 financial incentive earmarked in the Stimulus Bill. We are also in the process of collaborating materials to help physicians and clinics use klipMedical in ways that meet the “Meaningful Use” standard. In the mean time, feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the government incentive program or the “Meaningful Use” standard.

  • Can klipMedical be used with other medical software programs, e-billing, online medical devices, labs, etc?

    YES! klipMedical is a fully interoperable system that can be used with any program or device.

Pricing & Billing Questions

  • Are there any setup fees for Klipmedical?

    Absolutely not — there are no upfront fees of any kind.

  • Is Klipmedical a long-term commitment?

    No — you pay as you go on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel your Klipmedical account at any time.

  • Are your prices per–practice/space, per–provider, or per–user?

    You pay a subscription fee for each active practice/space set up on your account and you can add and remove users at any time.

  • Can I change subscription editions at any time?

    Yes — Simply call us and one of our customer service reps will be more than happy to assit you with your account upgrade or downgrade. Plus, we'll never charge you any fees to upgrade or downgrade.

  • When do you start billing me for my Klipnedical account?

    Customer invoices are prepared on the first of each month and your Credit cards or ACH will be automatically charged by the 10th of each month. Your fist invoice will include a pro-rated subscription fee from signup date to the end of the month

  • What types of payment do you accept? Can I pay by check?

    We accept debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and we also accept direct debit payments if you supply us with your bank account information. In order to keep our prices affordable, we do not accept payment by check at this time.

Customer Support Questions

  • How long does it take to set up Klipmedical?

    You can sign up online and start using your account immediately. You can get help setting up your new Klipmedical account by accessing our extensive online self-service cutomer support resources. You are also entitled to participate in the Klipmedical new customer implementation and training program at no additional charge.

  • How do I receive support once I've completed setting up my space?

    You can either email us or call us after you have completed your space set up.

  • How much support do I receive under an email support plan?

    Your email support plan is unlimited per month with a target response time of 3 business days. But issues usually are resolved within 1 business day.

  • How much support do I receive under a phone support plan?

    Your phone support plan includes up to 10 cases per month of email or phone support with a target response time of 1 business day or less. All phone support is provided during normal business hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific Time. Each phone support case is limited to 30 minutes or less. Calls in excess of 30 minutes may constitute more than one case.

  • Can you import my data into Klipmedical?

    Yes. Our programmers offer data import services for a flat fee of $1,200.00 and we can complete most projects within a few days. You provide us with your data in either a Comma–Separated Value (.CSV) or Microsoft Excel (.XLS) file format. We import appointments, patients, balance forward, insurance lists, and referring physicians information. If you have any questions about our data import services, please contact us today.

  • Can I export my data if I cancel service?

    No — you can't export your data from Klipmedical on your own, but we can do it for you. We can save a copy of your data to a DVD in standard file formats, such as Comma–Separated Value (.CSV) or Microsoft Excel (.XLS). This provides you the flexibility to store a backup copy of your data if you ever decide to cancel your subscription to Klipmedical.

  • Can I use Klipmedical to submit electronic claims to all insurance companies?

    Yes we do it through a civil 3rd party Medical biller.

  • What are the system requirements for Klipmedical?

    Since we host all your data on our secured servers, all you need is a modern windows Pc or a MAC with a high speed internet connection. Minimum software requirements are a windows XP OS or newer and the latest MAC OS. Windows system requirements are a 1 GHz Intel Pentium III processor, 1024x768 screen resolution, 17 inch monitor, and 256 MB RAM. We recommend a 19 inch + monitor and 1GB of ram or higher.
